Directions Downtown Bangor has several public parking lots, plus the Pickering Square Parking Garage. Those familiar with downtown Bangor should consider parking in the Downtown area. Those unfamiliar with Bangor should follow these directions: Traveling North or South on US I-95, take exit 182A to I-395, then take Exit 3B to Bass Park Parking. From the East-from Rte 1A, access I-395 in Brewer. Take Exit 3 to Bass Park Parking. Biking to the festival? Valet parking will be provided by the Bicycle Coalition of Maine.
